The 10 Things in My Wardrobe I’ve Worn the Most this Year (So Far)

You guys loved my recent post on wardrobe essentials to make getting dressed fun, easy, and hassle-free, so I thought it’d be fun to do a quick follow-up on some other pieces I’ve been wearing a lot this year.

The past few months, I’ve leaned on some tried-and-true favorites that have proven their worth in every way—comfort, versatility, and style. So today, I’m sharing the best of the best from my closet—10 pieces I’ve been wearing on repeat this year and why they’re here to stay. These are the ones you’ll want to add to your rotation, ASAP.

1. AGOLDE Tapered Jeans

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again— if you find a pair of jeans that fit you well and you love the wash of, do not second guess buying them. Finding a good pair of jeans is so hard that when you do, it almost feels too good to be true. So starting this off strong with my AGOLDE Luna High Rise Pieced Taper jeans— you know I’m a sucker for anything that’s equal parts comfy and chic, and these jeans are IT. I love the light wash and raw hem in these but I also have a few other great pairs from Nili Lotan, Le Jean, and Pistola that I are also always in my rotation.

2. This Leather Jacket

This leather jacket from Toteme has been carrying my outfits. It comes with a shearling attachment (not pictured, but is so cute). It’s sold out EVERYWHERE but I found this leather jacket from COS that looks almost identical. I love that it has a button closure because it makes it super versatile—you can wear it fully closed for a more polished, structured look or leave it open over a tank or tee for that effortless, cool-girl vibe. The boxy fit is just right too— it’s a little oversized but not overwhelmingly, so it layers easily over everything. Also when it comes to outerwear, I find that ordering one size up and going for an oversized look makes the jacket look more expensive. 😉 Leather is totally in for Spring and every brand has their own version. My current favorites on the market are from LOEWE, St.Agni, and Theory. I also have zippered leather jackets like the one from ME+EM that I wear a lot, but this one just feels a little more feminine and not as heavy duty. BTW the sunnies I’m wearing in this pic are one of my favorites from Krewe.

3. Shearling Prada Loafers

To some, they look like house slippers. To me, they’re perfect. To be fair, I don’t completely dress them up but they’re just enough to make the cut to actually wear out. I wear them with casual looks like jeans when I’m running errands or leggings if I’m just lounging. They’d look so cute with a matching sweat set, too. Perfect airport look.. I’m obsessed with the color, but it also comes in this off white color.

Prada also these loafers and slides that give off the same cozy feel. Miu Miu makes a super cute shearling loafer too, and if you’re into the backless look, so does Paige. Also, this Freda Salvador pair gives the same vibe with the shearling but has more leather makes them easier to dress up.
