I can’t believe it, but somehow, we’re already nearing the end of Summer. I feel like I say this every year, but somehow, it flew by.

Summertime is a very special time in the Stuber household because the kids get a taste of living on the opposite Coast, we finally get to see our other halves, which is all of our East Coast family and friends, and for the most part, things are a little less crazy in terms of sports, school, and work, so we get to experience a lot more dedicated family time. This year I have also become aware of how rare these types of Summers will become as the kids get older, which truly made the time feel all the more special. I’m beyond grateful to say this Summer has been a success, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more…besides maybe a few extra weeks 😉.

As the end of Summer is nearing, back to school shopping has officially kicked into high gear here at the Stuber household. We have gotten our new backpacks, lunch boxes, pencil pouches, shoes, socks, first day of school outfits, and every and anything, in between.

Every year, as part of our back-to-school tradition, the kids and I make our way to the Stoney Clover Lane store in the Hamptons. It's become one of our favorite rituals—picking out new backpacks and pencil pouches that they’ll be excited to show off on the first day. We always go a few weeks before we head back home, and it’s something the kids really look forward to.

In the Stuber family & household, there’s always a lot going on….I mean a lot. It sometimes gets hard keeping track of things, but Mabel’s Labels have been an absolute game-changer. I swear by these labels and use them on just about everything—clothes, school bags, sports bags, notebooks, textbooks, and even electronics.

What I love most about Mabel’s Labels is how they make life so much easier. No more mix-ups or lost items because everything has a name on it. It’s a small thing, but it makes a huge difference in keeping the chaos under control, especially with multiple kids. Scar, Grey, & Brooks each got small rectangular sticker labels to put on anything and everything and also these water bottle bands.
