Vintage and second-hand luxury items can often be overlooked, but there are truly some gems out there. Websites like The Real Real, Grailed, and Vestaire Collective have also made it so easy to find insane deals and rare pieces, (almost too easy, if you ask Stuber 😉).
The past few weeks, I have admittedly been going down a rabbit hole, and my cart on The Real Real is much bigger than I’d like to admit. In an attempt to stomp my shopping addiction, I’ve rounded up some items I’ve been eyeing a The Real Real.
This one’s for you, Emese
…I mean, someone convince me I don’t need these red canvas Gucci Loafers. You all know I love my classic black leather Gucci loafers, but these are next level. They’re a fun pop of color in a simple outfit, but will still can pair well with so much.
And in case I’ve bought these by the time you’re reading this, here are some other red loafers I love - Bibi Lou Zagreb Leather Loafers from Anthro, Adrian Loafers from Doc Martens, Ridley Loafers from Steve Madden, and these Diamond Tilda Loafers from Jimmy Choo.
Sticking with the red trend, I am beyond obsessed with this red crossbody from Jil Sander. Everything by Jil Sander screams Parisian cool girl, and I have been dying to get one of her bags. The size and shape is also the perfect small bag to throw on for a lunch date or coffee run in the Spring and Summer months.
In case this one sells, I found this exact bag, new for 15% off at Farfetch.
Other red bags I love - Loewe Flamenco Clutch, Mansur Gavriel Mini Cloud Clutch, Clare V. Marisol Woven Leather Crossbody Bag, and of course the Bottega Veneta Mini Loop Leather Crossbody Bag.
And if you want a more everyday tote, the larger version of this bag in black is IT, ladies. The perfect size, and such a chic, quiet luxury bag. If someone sees you with this and they are into the fashion world, they’ll know you get it.
Other chic black totes I love - Leather Slouchy Tote from Anthro, Medium Transport Tote from Madewell, Oversized Vittoria Tote from Reformation, and XL Jane Slouch Bag from Parker Thatch, and The Studio Bag from Everlane.
